First RTK training Seminar for the technical college teachers,a topic of enhancing their knowledge in the operation of RTK and Digital level,was just completed . It was the training after winning a RTK tender ,the first time for all GPS manufacturer to win the RTK tender from Thailand government.
Next to the function of past 2 years, SOUTH and the Thailand partner, KIJWISAI, organized a 3-day training seminar for the technical college teachers again. And this time, 25 teachers from different vocational schools nationwide,2 lectures from university,5 officials from government,3 engineers from private company ,total 35 person participated in the events in kohkorya resort , Kanchanaburi province ,during October 1 to 3.
The course included topic presentations, simple operation guide, fieldwork practices and post-processing software instruction, which has enabled the attendees to better understand the history and developments of GPS, and practice more with the RTK and post-processing software on site.
Besides the training , a river cruise party, an interesting raffle section were held on the river near the resort, all the people enjoyed and had a good time there.The training seminar ended up successfully with a lot of memorable moment.
It is a good activity for SOUTH ,the time factory people can get closer to end users,which can make us know more about what should we improve on our products and what should we do more in the local market.
