Defence Institute of Geo-Spatial Information & Training (DIGIT), Ministry of Defence,  Delhi is a centre of excellence to impart of training on GIS & Geo-Spatial Technology for the personnel of armed forces, Para Military forces and Scientific organisations like DRDO, NTRO etc engaged in national security. 
With the objective of bringing together eminent Geo-Spatial scientists, academic, industry and Defence users, a lecture by Maj Gen ( Dr.) R Sivakumar, CEO, NSDI & NRDMS, Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India, was invited to deliver lecture on important Geo-Spatial topics to the participants followed by venders presentations.
SOUTH Precision Instrument Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi was the only company from surveying instruments field was invited to demonstrate the products to all the participants, other venders are from mapping software, hardware companies. ( Digital Global, RIMS, RSI, HP etc.....)
We have demonstrated our products, Total Station, GPS & RTK to all the participants who has visited our stall and handed over our products catalogue to them. To name few important personnel whom we have interaction during the conference.
