Early July, 2010, 'Three surveying company merge Conference' was held in Vietnam national convention center. Vice-president of Vietnam congress, vice minister of Vietnam National resources ministry, minister of Finance, director general of Vietnam National surveying and mapping bureau, together, leaders of Vietnam National construction corporation, Vietnam National oil corporation attended the meeting. Deputy General of SOUTH SURVEYING & MAPPING INSTRUMENT CO., LTD, Mr. Yang Zhenpeng, manager of Nanning office, Vietnam office Yang Guangyong were invited to the meeting.

After the meeting, Mr. Yang Zhenpeng and Yang Guangyong visited successively the vice minister of Vietnam National resources ministry, director general of Vietnam National surveying and mapping bureau, and general manager of the newly merged Vietnam National resource and Environment Company. The two sides discussed on the Vietnamese surveying market conditions and the development of SOUTH in Vietnam. Leaders of Vietnam sides speak high about SOUTH's R&D capabilities and after sale service, they both expressed their hope on better cooperation of two sides in the future. At the same time, vice minister of Vietnam National resources ministry, director general of Vietnam National surveying and mapping bureau, gladly accepted the invitation of Mr. Yang to visit SOUTH Guangzhou headquarters in the near future.

This event greatly enhanced SOUTH brand influence in the Vietnam market.
