HONG KONG ISGIS EXHIBITION

Organized by the ISPRS[1] and GIU[2], ISGIS[3] conference was held in Hong Kong’s Polytechnic University from May 26th, to the 28th, 2010. Invited by the organizer, SOUTH has sent three representatives to participate in this grand international event in the GIS industry. Which was located near the main venue where the academic report is made, the rising star SOUTH, which has achieved a great amount of progress in the global market, becomes the dynamic focal point for the industry: The booth drew much attention from the conference's participants.


Mr. Jackie Cheung, on behalf of SOUTH, was invited to give the presentation entitled "Status and Development of Survey Instrument in China", which attracted many visitors and scholars alike.  As the world leader in GIS Research, Hong Kong Polytechnic University has put a substantial amount of interest towards the development of SOUTH. Principal Timothy W. Tong Ph.D. as well as other influential individuals went to the venue in which they had a formal conversation with SOUTH representatives and expressed a strong desire to strengthen their cooperation with the technical aspects of SOUTH.
