Previously, we use the firmware with .exe extension for NTS-360R6 series, and the total station needs to be connected with PC via serial cable to do the upgrading.
Now the upgrade way has been improved, the previous firmware with .exe extension is changed to that with .sup extension. Thus the upgrading can be done with the easy one-touch operation at anytime and anywhere by a SD card. No need to use serial cable and PC any more.
