Here we are very glad to share an exciting news with our customers. The PPK(post process kinematic) function has been added to FieldGenius. Now you can operate the PPK survey in the FieldGenius directly. It can be used to collect raw data and detail points in some fields where there is very poor radio and network signals.. Right now, this function is only suitable on S86-2013 and we are looking forward for more support of our receivers.

Below are some basic operation steps of FieldGenius PPK function. During the connection with S86-2013 rover, GNSS Setup interface appears saying "Initialize raw data logging of GNSS data?" to recommend you to start logging raw data or not. Choose "Yes" adn get start   

Before collecting points, Click the button “ ” to enter Sensor Configure/Tolerance Setting to set observation time.

Click the button “Auton” to collect detail points, these points’ information will be stored in the receiver‘s internal memory.

After survey work, you need click the button ”” and enter “Raw Data Logging” to stop logging raw data.

While you are doing PPK survey on rover, the base is also configured by FieldGenius to log the raw data at the same time.

At last you should copy the raw data of rover S86-2013 along with the raw data from base to STC to calculate the precise coordinate of detail points.

This function will be available in the next version of FieldGenius. It will provide a new mode of survey work and make the receiver work more efficient.
