In the recent two workshops we have done in Peru and Colombia, technical training was delivered to detail the characteristics of the Robotic total station NS30, both in hardware and software.

Attendees were able to try the single-operator workflow by using the H6+ controller and remotely operating the NS30 thanks to its Zigbee communication technology.

They learned how to use strategies to integrate APR, Power search and LockNTrack into their workflow, configuring automatic prism search windows and tracking while the operator moves around the work area.

The different possibilities for data exchange were reviewed (formats, export, import, base maps…,etc), showing that the NS30 has all the possibilities for professional work in the field.

The CAD module was thoroughly analyzed, DWG and DXF files of entire cities were loaded, managing to select elements to establish the stakeout points in the field.
