SOUTH brand is becoming well-known in Chile these two years, not only total station and theodolite, but also RTK. In January 14, a fully functional SOUTH CORS station was established in Concepcion, Chile, which offers RTK terminals real-time differential and RINEX static data downloading. It is a milestone in our steps to popularize SOUTH GNSS products in South America.

SOUTH representative Kevin came there to build up the CORS station for NEOTOP's customer. CORS installation, maintenance and configuration on RTK were fully trained during the week. It also attracted local RTK users of other brand and the SOKKIA GRX2 was tested accessing to SOUTH CORS successfully.

The covering range of this CORS was tested up to 60km! At mean time, the accuracy of SOUTH RTK S82V was tested perfect, too! In order to promote SOUTH CORS, the owner will provide free accounts for nearby RTK users.

At last day, we organized a presentation of CORS and training on SOUTH total station, sharing SOUTH marketing experience and enjoying the good time together in Concepcion.
