After finishing the work in Colombia, SOUTH representatives arrived in Chile without stop.

Our partner NEOTOP has been working very hard on promoting SOUTH RTK. Trimble compatibility, advanced key features, Carlson SurvCE support together with NEOTOP’s effort have now made S82V well-known in Chilean surveying market. On July 25th and 26th, NEOTOP held a customers’ meeting in his office, making presentations and S82V demonstration, introducing operation details and software.

From July 29th to 31st , SOUTH representatives visited our old friend Celestron, who has cooperated with SOUTH for 11 years and is the exclusive dealer for Theodolites. Now South Theodolite is the most popular and best choice among the clients. During the visit, most of the technical problems were solved. When explaining how to repair, South Representatives disassembled a total station and made detailed introduction about the common solutions.

This visit is very fruitful to both SOUTH and distributors. In the future SOUTH is going to put more emphasis on customer visit, to know what they need and provide the best service. With the new products coming out, we are confident to be more competitive in the market.
