The 2nd construct exhibition was held in Tripoli international fairground, Libya from 14th to 16th Dec. More than 70 companies attended this exhibition. SOUTH exclusive dealer LIBYAN AFRICAN SERVICE CENTER also took part in.

The fair attracted thousands of visitors from Libya, Egypt, Turkey, Italy and some other European countries. They were excited to see that SOUTH has been distributed in Libya and the after-sales service can be easily approached. More than 10 Chinese construction companies doing project in Libya also visited SOUTH booth. They were so glad that the well-known Chinese brand could be found there, which means in future they can get instruments and technical support more easily from local.

After exhibition, Mr. Mohamed Tork and SOUTH representative were invited by   these government offices for technical seminars: The interest of roads and bridges, Survey authority, The office of engineer division. Seminars were concentrated on SOUTH total stations, GPS, CORS, echo sounder...etc. Some officers showed great interest in cooperating with SOUTH and establishing CORS in Libya.

LIBYAN AFRICAN SERVICE CENTER has been selling SOUTH since 2005, after years of efforts, SOUTH total stations and GPS S86 are becoming very popular in Libya. With more and more construction projects being started in this country, we can see a quite promising future for SOUTH!
