Recently, the 2025 FIG Working Week and the 48th Congress of the International Federation of Surveyors (FIG) commenced in Brisbane, Australia. Over 1,000 professionals and representatives in the field of surveying, mapping, and geospatial information from around the globe gathered to delve into cutting-edge technologies and development trends within the industry.

Over 1,000 professionals and representatives in the field of surveying, mapping, and geospatial information from around the globe gathered to delve into cutting-edge technologies and development trends within the industry.

During the conference exhibition, South showcased its complete lineup of surveying equipment and solutions. Key products on display included the NS series robotic total station, the laser dual-camera series RTK, the GNSS RTK Hybrid Supreme DotLas Plus, the handheld laser scanner RobotSLAM, the virtual simulation platform VR-Geo for surveying education, and the airborne radar SG130 for unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV).


The majority of delegates attending the event were already familiar with South brand, impressed by its comprehensive product line and sincere service.

Throughout the conference, Dr. Lipengde, Director of the United Nations Global Geospatial Knowledge and Innovation Center, Diane Dumashie, President of the FIG, and Yan Qin, President of the Chinese Academy of Surveying and Mapping and Vice President of FIG, among others, visited the South booth for guidance and exchanges.
