SOUTH engineer Charlie visited Chile distributor Neotop from April 24th and 28th.

Charlie introduced the new products to the staff from Neotop and visited the sub distributor of them. 

Charlie also helped Neotop to hold an academic forum, the professors and experts from survey, electrical communication, internet of things and earthquake research were invited and gave a speech to many participants from university and different industries. In the forum, Charlie introduced the China CORS development and SOUTH new products. Participants were very interested with SOUTH product and asked many questions about SOUTH RTK and CORS products.

Within one week, Charlie visited different sub distributors and end users in Santiago. Several GNSS training courses were held for the dealers’ technicians and clients. The course include the RTK basic operation, STC software operation, new product features, handheld GPS operation and instrument repair. It solved the operation problem from clients and also helped the technician to strength the service ability.
