Along with the Galaxy G1 come to market, our R&D team improve the controller software SOUTH EGStar3.0 greatly. Now we would like to introduce the new function and specific of new EGStar3.0.

New Bluetooth connection procedure
Considering the complicated Bluetooth connection procedure, the new EGStar3.0 adopt a new Bluetooth connection method, you can search and connect your controller to the receiver in the software rather than in the Bluetooth setting which is out of the EGStar3.0. This improvement will make the connection more briefly and conveniently.

Electronic bubble display
The new EGStar3.0 has been added the electronic bubble display, surveyors can check the level status with the controller, and they don’t need to pay much attention to the physical bubble, just focus on the controller.

Tilt survey
The new RTK product Galaxy G1 is installed built-in inertial sensor which makes the device calibrate the tilting automatically. The new EGStar3.0 is also compatible to this function, in the survey setting interface, after the acceleration and magnetic calibration are finished, the tilt survey function would work normally. This function will provide benefits to the detail survey under special circumstances which needs to tilt the carbon fiber pole.

Supporting RTCM3.2
The new EGStar3.0 supports RTCM3.2 differential format which contains GPS, GLONASS and BeiDou information. This means that the users can make use of those positioning system to locate, get higher precision point position.
