SOUTH distributor in Czech Republic had successfully held the annual user conference in Pardubice from 13th -14th Jan. 2015. Over 120 customers as well as SOUTH representatives presented in this event.

During the conference, SOUTH product manager Marco made presentation for SOUTH and its products; Hyman, engineer technician focused on introducing new RTK product, which drew a number of heated response. In the meantime they helped customers to upgrade instruments to latest firmware that satisfied customers very well.

Customers were pretty surprised since it’s the first time that SOUTH staff attended the conference in person and gave assistance in scene. After outdoor product testing with weather near 0°,customers deeply felt that SOUTH is a real responsible company and decided to choose and support SOUTH products in the future.

With the organization of SOUTH dealer and the best support from SOUTH, 2 days‘  user conference had been successfully closed. Customers are expecting for the next time.
